Urban civic infrastructure transforms cities most when it resolves long-standing urban challenges while creating open public spaces. When a high-priority river rejuvenation initiative needed immediate, decisive alignment across civic bodies and state ministries, visual clarity was the catalyst that accelerated municipal action.

Initiated under the flagship Swarnim Jayanti Mukhya Mantri Saheri Vikas Yojana, the Navali Riverfront project was spearheaded by the Amreli Nagarpalika alongside lead infrastructure consultants, Design Point. Spanning a continuous 2-Km corridor across both active riverbanks in Savarkundla, the master plan encompassed nearly 30 acres (over 1.3 million square feet) of reclaimed riparian land, effectively requiring two parallel, synchronized waterfront developments built simultaneously.

Beyond civic beautification, the project carried significant strategic urgency. The riverbanks had historically faced unregulated encroachment, density bottlenecks, and frequent civic frictions that complicated municipal governance. The administration’s vision was deliberate and protective: an access-controlled public realm engineered in tiered, parallel strata along both banks. Rising from reinforced retaining walls to riverside promenades, lush green belts, modular recreation hubs, public amenities, and an uninterrupted perimeter buffer, the master plan shielded the public leisure zone from surrounding traffic. Anchoring the pedestrian network was a striking, multi-directional circular elevated skywalk designed to seamlessly bridge three major converging urban arterial roads.

Executing a civic intervention of this magnitude demanded swift administrative consensus. Consultants and project engineers needed to present the full structural, ecological, and urban design vision to senior government authorities without delay.

Anim Amaze was brought on board to construct the complete physical corridor in full 3D from the ground up, delivering high-resolution rendered imagery and a cinematic animated walkthrough. Translating 2 Km of complex terrain data, hydraulic boundaries, and dense urban cross-sections into a cohesive digital landscape required high-bandwidth pipeline efficiency. Rather than producing a basic walkthrough, our team integrated advanced CGI, architectural VFX, dynamic water simulations, realistic environmental lighting, and cinematic camera choreography to deliver a clear presentation of the master plan.

The entire package was engineered and finalized with zero friction and no back-and-forth iteration, enabling the consortium to present a unified, persuasive master plan directly to key decision-makers.

From rapid initial deployment to delivering a massive 2 Km dual-bank master plan, Anim Amaze demonstrated the technical mastery, infrastructure-grade scale, and turnaround speed required to turn complex civic blueprints into clear public developments.
