A project of this scale doesn't sell itself on a floor plan. When the Karan Kothari Group set out to bring Nagpur's most ambitious business park to market, they needed 3D visuals that could make buyers feel the opportunity before the foundation was even poured, and that's exactly where we came in.
Located near Automotive Square on Kamptee Road, the Karan Kothari Business Park is a greenfield development designed to become Central India's premier destination for retailers, wholesalers, and entrepreneurs. Phase 1 features six architecturally striking G+3 buildings housing 124 independent multi-level shops, parking for over 3,000 cars and 10,000 two-wheelers, and a full suite of amenities including a food court, gaming zone, exhibition centre, skill development facilities, and a free shuttle service. Phase 2 expands the vision further with a full-scale Mall and a Multi-Level Car Park (MLCP), cementing the development's place within Nagpur's Smart City and MIHAN corridor ambitions.
What made this engagement particularly meaningful was the context behind it. The project had previously been stalled and shelved, momentum had been lost, and the development was struggling to generate the conviction needed to move forward. When Anim Amaze LLC delivered a fresh set of high-quality, cinematic 3D renders, something shifted. The imagery reignited confidence in the project's potential, and the Karan Kothari Group subsequently held a formal groundbreaking and warm-up ceremony, officially relaunching the development. It's a reminder that great visuals don't just market a project; sometimes, they restart one.
Because these images were to serve as the face of the project's relaunch, we understood that getting them right mattered more than anything. We welcomed every round of feedback, took constructive inputs seriously across multiple iterations, and revised and refined the renders until the client was completely satisfied. The final images weren't just technically strong; they carried the weight of a fresh start, and our client felt that.
Our work on this project involved two distinct parties: the Karan Kothari Group in Nagpur as the primary developer, and The Urban Lab, an urban planning agency based in Ahmedabad. Coordinating seamlessly across both, aligning on briefs, incorporating planning-level inputs, and managing feedback from two independent stakeholders required as much project management discipline as it did creative skill. From DocuSign to final delivery, every stage was handled end-to-end by our team. Our clients didn't have to chase a single update, manage a single miscommunication, or worry about a single deadline. They simply received the work on time and to the quality the project deserved.
And on that note, turnaround time and cost are often where studios compromise. We don't. A project of this complexity, spanning two phases, two agencies, and multiple revision rounds, was delivered within a timeline that would surprise most studios of comparable output quality. We keep our pricing competitive and our process lean, which means our clients get enterprise-level visualisation without enterprise-level waiting or billing. The value isn't just in the images, it's in everything around them.
